PLEASE NOTE -
1.  A standard freight fee of AUS$7.50 will be added to to your purchase at the "payment details" stage of your payment transaction. This will cover most small to medium orders

2.  If the freight fee is lower it will be adjusted down. If the standard freight fee of AUS$7.50 is actually higher, then you will be emailed / contacted with a request to approve the correct amount

3.  Your credit card will only be charged after the goods have been picked ready for delivery

4. Your credit card will be charged by "Bradford Potter Pty Ltd"

5. Goods will be sent uninsured unless other wise instructed ( Refer "info" page Delivery insurance )

6. An Invoice will be sent with the goods

7. Please use the "additional instructions" form to send any extra information or questions with your order

8. The 4 page check out process consists of; 1. Contact info. 2. confirmation & any special instructions. 3. Payment method & details. 4. Final order confirmation (you may print that page for your records but it will also be emailed to your nominated email address). NOTE; if you only have a small order or a slow connection and this all sounds too hard, try printing this page and ring or fax the order through.
